I have heard of 0 legit payout problems with them. They gave me almost 10k in a book to book withdrawal last week. Those 2 don't go hand in hand with a book just dissapearing.

However, a simple "we are working on things" rather than web down and busy signals would go such a long way for my peace of mind.

They have to be getting more clients now. And I'm no tech guy either... but something is clogging the website. I remember 5Dimes had this issue 5 minutes before the kickoff of the Noon Eastern games on Saturday (college football.)

I wouldnt worry about the phone part too much. Its not rocket science.....website goes down, tons of people have to call, circuits get overloaded. Especially when were talking basically about a third world country.

I was able to get thru via phone this morning shortly after I noticed the outage, so I think the two are unrelated. What is alarming is the number and frequency of all the outages they've been having over the last year or so.

Heritage is always very good to me, they are fair, and pay very fast, but what good is all that if you cant make a bet in the first place? It happening almost always on the weekends as well, which sucks for obvious reasons. Why cant this happen on a Tuesday? .....lol
