Heritage Down?

Update by SBR on 7/5 issue:

Heritage Sports (SBR rating A) management tells SBR that the website is down due to a malfunction with a network switch. The IT staff is currently working on the issue and while Heritage does not have an exact timeline for repair, management hopes the website will be back online this afternoon.

However, I can log in just fine if I use a proxy sever. The logical conclusion would be that heritage is responsible, but I am no tech wizard so I don't know what to say. I called heritage earlier and they said they are not having problems, but I was unable to speak to tech support. Maybe you others having problems should all call so heritage gets the message that people are having problems. Also, it is worth noting that the exact same issue exists with wagerweb (who, I believe, shares internet services with heritage).

all they do is rip people off and nobody sees it, dealing dual lines...stealing in the casino...fuking you in live betting, slow payouts now. The other day theey told me i need a new name to request a payout because i am black listed but never the case when i send in with my name. They are real dirty now

funny thing is, I got into an argument with someone at youwager because they told me about these problems and told me good luck getting paid out. Also said everyone that worked at heritage has been jumping ship because of this...well i recently called this guy back to apologize because he was right about me not getting paid out..

I spoke too soon, Wagerweb is still not working normally (apparently I still had the proxy on). May have to call them and tell them to talk to their buddies at heritage to fix this.

I still can't get into wagerweb without a proxy. I did call yesterday and tell them the issue and to talk to heritage so they can fix it.
Wong, I suggest you and others call them as well so they will act on this. It is obviously not happening to everyone.

Anyone non-american proxy I think will work, I have not tried an american proxy.
The type is 'elite', but i'm not sure that actually matters.

Thanks for this info. This is why I stick to locals if anything. I haven't made a deposit to offshore in a couple of months and it will stay that way. These MFers have no problems getting the money, but they make you jump through fkin hoops and make you beg for your own money back.

not true, bro...all A+ books (including Bookmaker, Betdsi, and Heritage) all pay promptly if and when you make a withdrawal...I've always received payment (cash in hand) within 24 - 48hrs!......the only books that don't pay or slow pay are the blacklisted ones on the SBR List...it absolutely boggles my mind why people continue to play at these shit books with all of this valuable information at their disposal.

Heritage and their backup site, as well as Wagerweb, are completely down.

Calls to heritage also don't go through, doesn't even ring just says call couldn't be completed.

This is a bit alarming, it would be nice if HeritageInsider or whoever posts from Heritage to let us know what is going on as without any means of contact people will fear the worst.
