This is is actually lebrons fault. Had he not left the cavs originally, he would be making more. He went to Miami, who could not pay him as much as Cleveland could. He took less money to put together a "super team." He could do the same in Cleveland if bringing a championship to that city is as important as he says it is.

The management of those franchises obviously disagree. I have a feeling not many people here understand the amount of money these boys are generating for their teams every year.

                  Deron Williams too.

Possibly worst dressed NBA draft pick of all time.

Why didn't someone have the balls to say something? Just a simple "uhh Deron you look like an idiot it doesn't fit" did Brandon Roy really get paid 19 mil last year? Even after retiring...

Any care to take a guess at what Lebron is worth to a team? If you were a GM, what would you think is appropriate for the King?

Pay him the full team salary cap. Then cut everyone and tell him to go play on his own.

So let me get this straight, Lebron is greedy if he takes the max (like every other high profile player). Then if he doesn't, to bring on more talent, he's bashed for putting together a super team. Yeah this all makes sense.

I didn't realize why LeBron James opted out at first. But from a business standpoint... this chart shows how much he would make each year... by constantly opting out of a "2-Year Contract" after the first year. He's trying to get a Max Deal each year.

                                              He's still an a$$hole though.
