This is bugging me. The entire offshore climate has taken a turn for the worse over the last couple months. And the news just keeps getting worse. First, Betonsports goes down. Then this bill is passed. Books are leaving the US and now the crushing blow of Neteller leaving the US (I guess they're leaving a little wiggle room but it seems they're leaving.)
I posted before how I am paranoid of even the A books now in this uncertain environment. But most think these books will be fine, they'll find a way to pay, other Netellers will pop up or whatever. But these are the top 10 books. What about the other hundreds of books out there, many at B and C that many of us have taken chances on.
Take Goldengoosebets, that's just a random C book that I played at. It was a C and I was a bit skeptical before. Its a new book and presumably most of these books get a good deal of business from the US. How can it still be a C? Or take Instantactionsports, a C- prior to all this and now still a C-? Somehow there is an important distinction between private and public books and these must all be private, BUT THEY MUST REMAIN PROFITABLE and isn't the threat GREATER now of many of these books busting out. Yet its not reflected in the grades.
IF it was safer then, shouldn't all these C books be downgraded? Or was a C then and a C now somehow fundamentally different?
