    Did gambling forums ruin jj?
He used to be big time. What happened?

I think posting makes big timers soft. Sitting in front of a computer all day makes you limp. Before it was a game that got your adrenaline going. Start your day off razoring the lines from the Post, doing the rounds, talking with bookies and other big timers, stopping at the deli to see whats going on, etc.

Now you can pretend to be a big timer online. Before you could not fake it. No barreled in phuck gambler can afford a 10 dime mink. But online everyone can pretend to have one. I do not but am trying.

    maybe....

I am closely following the lives of a cohort

AAO, Patty, onner, tpowell, bobby, and sammy...

to see what coming of age on and upon the internet and gambling forums does to a developing mind and personality....

it will be published in about 6-8 years when I finish getting my doctorate

You have a sample selection bias. Will not survive your defense.

Gotta give JJ props for persevering. He must have about 200K posts combined from various gambling forums.

I would've burned out long ago.
