Thanks for getting my back, JJ. I love you, and I love SBR. The guys I've met here are some of my favorite people in the world now. But management is intent on destroying everything we've worked so hard to achieve here, and I refuse to be a silent partner to their bad decision making.

I stand by everything I've said and I wish they would put their pride aside and listen. People from the Bash are saying Dozer doesn't have what it takes to run this business, and maybe that's true, or maybe he just needs to listen to the people that are trying to let him know when things are done poorly. We all need the benefit of an outside perspective from time to time and that's what I'm generously providing.

Opportunity is knocking, SBR has but to open the door...

I've got Bill's back here. He's been nothing short of A-1 with me. As far as all the goofy crap that goes on in most of these "Players Talk" threads, I think he shows a great deal of restraint.

By the way, when does the Players Talk actually start? I've only seen "Playa' Talk" so far.
