corrrect me if I am wrong, but in order to safely fund / withdraw money from gaming sites, couldnt we use such means as money orders, western union, etc? The banks would not know who the money is going to. I am not sure if this solves the problem of cashing out though as the banks may not cash a money order, check etc from a gaming site?

Theres always loopholes, you just gotta find them is all. I think internation money orders are definately an option. However, books will be looking for more user friendly payment options and i'm sure they will come up with something.

Western Union put me on their blacklist over 2 years ago (my girlfriend as well for sending money for me after I was banned). They may be useful for small amounts but if you have a few big overseas transfers they'll cut you off.
