NHL has a playoffs?? I'm from the Toronto area, so I just figured the season always ends at Game 82 in early April. Somebody should let the Maple leafs know about this Stanley Cup thing.....

NHL for the first 2 rounds!!!.... ..... then the NBA finals are better than the NHL finals.....

My favorite moment is hearing the "Hockey Night in Canada" theme music for the first game of the playoffs....it really feels like the start of a great event.... but now CBC doesn't even have that anymore...D'OH!!!

(For the Americans out there, the "hockey night in canada" theme music is the equivalent of "NBA on NBC" theme music.... those are two great anthems that should be permanently be attached to their respective sports by law)

NHL playoffs need to start on April 1st and end by May 31!!!! I grew up playing hockey, but can't stand watching the overly long NHL season and seeing the finals in June.....

NBA finals are always "epic" and more enjoyable to watch with all the subplots involving the stars.....
