whats the play here? i am leaning bosox with Lester on the mound

Lester was lights out last year against the Rays...Kaz can hold his own as well but did have some less than stellar games vs the Sox. I'll probably be looking towards the under or nothing at all. I do think the Boston line goes down a little bit. Not making any decisions until after I get some sleep.
