I recently received a flyer from Cris offering a no-fee ATM card. I can deposit or withdraw from my Cris account just like any other bank account.
the new legislation *may* allow the US government to designate that particular payout service as "gambling related", and enact measures to disable a group of accounts from ATM access. I guess it would take at LEAST 6 months to do this on any account. In less than a month, Cris can create a new batch of accounts and send it to its players.
Things may change. Western Union and Neteller might even fall to the side. But one thing is certain - sportsbooks will be creative and diligent to provide payment solutions to players, especially the top-tier books. I have no fears at all leaving money at Cris, Olympic and Pinnacle. I am reluctant to leave money at smaller books catering mainly to the US - they may not have the resources to offer new ATM cards at a whim, or whatever other methods they will use to get players their money fast.
