Here is my take on the situation:

Yes, I play at creditwagering. Theyve done nothing but treat me good, and I enjoy using them as a book. Willy, I think you went overboard when saying "ok give me your address I will mail you the money". You knew from day one thats not how it works, and it sounds like your looking for an out not to pay. On the other hand, did they go overboard threatening your little sister......yes. But, two wrongs dont make a right. The right thing to do would be to ** them the money and wash your hands of them. What if they gave you some BS story when they owed you money? You would be irate too, if they said "Ok well.......give us your SS #, mother maiden name, a W-2 form, and your last 3 employeers info". Obviously your not going to provide it, because you are not expected too. When you join CW you know, they know, the WORLD knows they dont give out their phone # and or their address.

Willy, I like you pal. I am just offering my 2 cents, even though it is only worth 1 cent.

I think credit wager is probally a good shop. My only problem is the threat toward a member of my family,If they threatened me I would have laughed and asked when they were coming.
