Those with Matchbook accounts, does this ever happen?

Let's say you win a $3000 bet, and that same $3000 is missing from acct. for about 5 minutes.
Not to be found in : matched bets
settled bets
all transactions
free funds

Then after about 5minutes, money just shows up at balance section. Their CS told me it's the way the system's programmed, but it scares the hell out of you to see your money missing for 5 minutes.

Last year $2500 was missing from my acct. for half a day after winning the $2500bet, was finally settled after calling their technical support for 40 minutes.

Even though it happens on almost daily basis, you do get your money. It' just unnerving to see the bet you won missing in action for 5 minutes, and like i said, last year if I hadn't called, I would've missed that $2500(actually$5000total : $2500 matched, and $2500 that I won).

I'm surprised that more people are not annoyed by this glitch in their system.

They're still my #1 book though.
