I gamble in moderation, and I do Labouchere style betting, which is smaller bets and too boring for most people. So it doesn't really affect me negatively at all. Almost no anxiety comes from it, and I'm pretty healthy.

It does keep me on top of sports and wagering, which is a good skillset to have when talking to everyday people in Vegas. And it makes me interested in games I'd usually never give a shit about. So I'd say overall positive.
