RBs not worth near what they were as they have become more a product of the offense they are in and specifically the offensive line in front. Very few true game changers at the position. While Suh is paid a boatload and is kind of an ass guy is one of the true gamechangers at his position.

I still think this is all bluff and more from the Murray side trying to drive up his interest and price. He's pissed that more teams aren't drooling over him, but I think most teams are smart here and know he had his career year and is unlikely to earn what he wants to be paid on this next contract.

Honestly I will be pissed if they overpay and sign Murray. There is no point. They have 2-3 solid runners right now and could add another solid back in the draft for cheap.

Now if they can sign him for something just above what Dallas offered and not get screwed with guaranteeing too much over the next 2-3 years, then I might change my tune and I'll laugh my ass off. The Boys will be fine since the OL is good right now. Plug and play, just like ol' boy Emmitt...give him a shit OL and he's just an average joe but the Boys paid him. I agree. The NFL is a pass happy league now, so the dollars are invested more at QB's, pass rushers, and corners. RB's are not worth big contracts anymore and Opie is correct, he should take the 5 million. Plus he had one of the best O lines in the league to run behind him.
