          (-.46u ytd)

Classic example of overthinking. Would have lost the under on SF/LAD anyway, but that's one I'd make again. With DeGrom throwing for the Mets and a beer leaguer for the Phils it's pretty obvious I should have flipped those games. At the very least leave them out. Not very bright on my part. Onward

^^^...good luck Nash...hope the 4th time is a charm for you...Buehrle has already beaten the birds 3 times this season and his last three starts he has pitched 22 innings, 1 - 0 with a 1.23 era, 3 walks, 10 K's, and a WHIP of 0.95...having said that, I do expect some runs to be scored and this is Gausman's first start of the year...He didn't exactly light up in three rehab starts with a 5.40 era.

After reading the thread today this seemed like the best parlay for me

                                Nash is a grinder.
All in is bad money management.

                                  20 hits in 18 innings / 3 walks

                                  23 baserunners in 18 innings is a WH/IP around 1.3.
                                  Something does not compute here.
I'll go back to the database and double check

Now that's what I call a piece of relieving.
O'Day gives up two singles, a walk to load the bases.
Then strikes out the side to escape.

John Franco used to do that for the Mets pretty much every time he entered the ninth too.

Glad they held on for you Nash, although I was cursing the Jays at the time. Fortunately the O's come through in the end. Win Win .

Since I've jumped on the Manster totals train I've watched more BB than normal (MLB.tv pretty solid), one thing I've noticed is how many undisciplined hitters there are. Jays have the bases loaded with 0 outs and guys are swinging for the fences with 2 strikes. Whatever happened to shortening your stroke and putting the bat on the ball? You learn that in little league. Anyway, congrats on the win

MLB.tv is the greatest thing invented since fire, swiss cheese, bacon, and maybe the personal computer.
God Bless Harold Reynolds, Kevin Millar and Rose amuse me, every chick anchor has a pair of legs that are so long you have to stop at the coochy to stop and ask for directions, so hot that make me sport wood each and every time they are on air, wood so hard the motherfucking cat could not scratch. Cat scratch fever I tell you what.

Syndegard is a) overrated, not saying he is crap, he is not, but he's a big drop off from Harvey and DeGrom.
                                                            b) Syndegard is vulnerable to right handed hitters, Freeman out of the line up tonight is not really a big deal.

Jays have the bases loaded with 0 outs and guys are swinging for the fences with 2 strikes. Whatever happened to shortening your stroke and putting the bat on the ball? You learn that in little league. Anyway, congrats on the win
