Actually, Syracuse has nothing to play for thanks to their self imposed post season ban, while Virginia is playing for a 1-seed and can lock up an ACC Championship with a win tonight. I think Virginia has a little more motivation. What was that about a trap?

I don't know. I'll probably look at a few in the conference tourneys. The problem with them is who'll make a surprise run. You've got teams who's only chance to get in the big tournament is to win their conference tourney, other teams already in - a lot of motivation for underdogs.
