Desperate wont matter. Seasons been a disaster, Baylor NEEDS this if not more than Texas. Mismatch, I am really really surprised Vegas is giving Baylor points here.

I have this completely opposite. I could prove to be completely wrong. But I don't see Baylor losing this game

Actually, Syracuse has nothing to play for thanks to their self imposed post season ban, while Virginia is playing for a 1-seed and can lock up an ACC Championship with a win tonight. I think Virginia has a little more motivation. What was that about a trap?

how so ? Baylor isn't going to win the regular season Big 12. Neither is Texas.
Baylor has a legit chance to win the Big 12 Tournament.
If Baylor loses they lose nothing, ranking right now anywhere from 9th to 20th area.
If Texas loses 5 straight they start falling into that slew of bubble teams quickly.
Baylor doesn't need this game.

i think he saying that the fact cuse has nothing else that tonight will be like their superbowl (although just reread and maybe he isnt saying that, lol). i would def not expect a poor effort from cuse tonight but who knows far as motivation for 18 yr old's goes?? my concern for uva would be that outside of last gm they havnt shot very well from behind the arc since anderson went down, uva smart and im sure will find ways to score against the zone, just have a feeling points are really tough to come by on both ends of the floor tonight, making -6 feel more like -8 or so.. not exactly breaking news it gonna be tough sledding for the offenses, the total pretty much says as much. laying 3 possessions in a gm with a 112 total is a lot.. this tiny card sux, i dont really luv anything..

Your talking a difference of a 3 to 5 seed. UT is done, Baylor rolling. Playing for seeding is more important than youd think. Big difference between a 3 and a 5 seed to me

yes, good point.. Rakeem Christmas's last game (Senior Night) is all Syracuse has..
it won't be enough. i forgot about the ban. Christmas can move on and he's got to be bitter about it
anyway. Syracuse was only a bubble team if at all. Offensively their struggles will be even worse
against probably the best defense in cbb, Virginia. Virginia is the play tonight. Let's get it.
