This was an unusual STIFF because he had every opportunity to still win the contest. By playing on, his situation could not possibly get any worse - but it could get better. Continuing to post picks was the no-brainer move of all-time. But he didn't do it. In that way, it might be categorized as a "retardo" STIFF.
