Dudes underrated by all accounts, and the Spurs dont take the Reg. Season seriously anyway. They get their top seed then rest until it actually counts. I didnt think they would get steamrolled like tonight, but still a force in playoffs. I think the problem is those crappy older players that are stealing checks...Finley, Bowen, Vaughn. But they got a great addition in Gooden. Will be needed come playoffs. Come PLayoff the Big Fundamental will show us why mastering the basics lengthens your career. He never relied on Physical prowess, more craftiness.

If you think all the post-season games he's played, plus the Olympics, he's probably played an extra season and half more than most guys. He's getting older and the body is breaking down. He's definitely slowed down but he's still a big part of that team.

He is still better than most in NBA, Cavs played great todsay. The Spurs are still a very competitive team.

Spot on. In fact it might actually be closer to 2 extra seasons. Duncan will have more 'off' games as he gets older, but he's not done yet. Just look at Shaq. Most thought he was washed up, but he's playing the best ball he's played in years.
