Buy her something nice, then tell her you bought it from money you won gambling. Now she's morally corrupted.

Plan B)
Get an even worse habit so she will focus on fixing the other thing instead of the gambling.

Plan C)
Find something about her you want to change and ride that shit until she taps out during a compromise. I.e. " I'll leave you alone about losing weight and if you won't annoy me about betting." This actually works for alot of things.

Personally option A is how I won on gambling. Went on a nice vacation after the "big win".
