Why not the ATM? They recommended the AMEX, so I have one on the way. I've never done the prepaid thing, but sick of the fees of the M G. I just want cash, not to pay bills.

I don't think the "story" was if 5dimes was good or not. Everyone knows they are the best for the US (or top 3) The story was more about how there seems to be a consistent problem with this, sure it's no big deal usually, just hop on live chat and it all gets taken care of. TMS was just made because he tried doing that, and if that first chat would of taken care of the problem, then there WOULD OF BEEN NO THREAD bringing up the mistake, just like 99% of us would do in this case. But 5dimes said he must get on live chat again and talk to a manager...Jumping through 1 hoop, is no biggie, but when you have to now go through it all again and bother a manager for a situation that should of been easily taken care of? ridiculous, no wonder people say Tony is bitter, it's because he has to deal with this petty shit when a regular clerk should be able to do it.

On top of it, doesn't help when Moderators come in and bash the players when they are just venting about a particular part of the book they don't like and multiple people chimed in to say they have had the same exact problem. Apparently the people that chimed in wanted a 5 dollar freeplay according to your colleagues. No need for a moderator to come in firing shots. Just chalk it up to coming back from the bash and being angry about being home again to their "REAL LIFE" as the moderator likes to say.

Thanks man. All I wanted was some consistency and I never get it from 5D. Yes, 5D probably has the fastest payouts out of anyone for a US player book... got mine in 48 hours. I didn't intend on this thread for a BASH FEST. I was simply asking if others had the same issues as myself... or are they just picking on me? Judging how mods stepped in... and also JJ... some posts clearly favored 5D for NO REASON other than the fact we know who's major SBR meal ticket is. So, cat's out of the bag. I understand the business side to things. It's all good. It just shows you who'd be your friend... and who's your enemy. Nice to see some posters stick up for each other... because they wouldn't want it to happen to them on a consistent basis either.

And I'm sure 5D associates are reading this thread... is it really worth aggravating a client? I play by your rules 100%. Never cheated you ever on a bogus line. Can you upgrade a better staff in your accounting department? Is that too much to ask?

Their accounting system screwed up... they gave me double... 16k worth. They had no way of getting the funds back unless I sent it back to them through NT. I agree with this. The only reason they have those times are for that reason alone.

I remember a few years ago I was up like 4-5k and just wanted to withdraw while I was up. I requested a payout on a Monday morning and a few hours later It got denied because of some verification crap. I filled the forms and sent them in but by that time the payout window had passed. I made the mistake of not paying for the payout at that point and figured I could wait another week for the free payout. Needless to say, by the next week I was down a few grand and eventually ended up losing it all chasing.
I dont blame them for it but they sure do make it hard to withdraw.

Yea really. SBR has it's credibility because of instances of standing in the bettors corner. You lose that and it might as well be named LandersBookReview.
