Overall though 5dimes is the best site for wagering in my opinion. I can't state how AWFUL BETONLINE IS. They screw you on bonuses and when they mess up it take 5 days for anything to get done because their support is all invalids.

you can request your free payout whenever you want. my guess you should do it as close to the next coming monday as you can, but you can just put in comments when you want it processed and you want it to be a free payout and they'll take care of you. they don't force you into some tiny window to try to screw you.

But, they fuk you countless times on miscalculations when it comes to fees on PO's. How fukking hard is it for a customer service rep to look at the calendar and see that it's MONDAY... and look at the date I requested my PO and the time frame... and put all 3 together and say well LOOKSY HERE it's a free PO for him. Would it be that difficult for the dude in the accounting room to do his job accordingly? I mean I know I could find anyone here with a Hooked On Phonics degree to do it for him.

Oh I don't think it's a mistake either. I don't think it's intentional by any means but I don't think they worry too much about it. Some of the finesse that you'd get at other books isn't always here... especially in comparison to books on the stock exchange ffs. But this is what you have to deal with living where you are and again - even living where I do and i can walk to a TAB and place a bet in 3 minutes in person - I still have money and bet with 5Dimes.

Tony is a gambler. That's how he got into this. He was one of the most prolific gamblers around and decided to start a book. That's why he takes a zero tolerance approach on scammers, etc as you know. If his CS is failing at times, ok that's fair enough. But so is my local supermarket and yet I stick with them because I know they're the best. I will NEVER believe that Tony is trying to scam anyone. Never. CS might take some effort but it'll never be a scam if you're a legit and clean player.

I have no knowledge of your situation obviously but I'll say that Tony will never fukk over a legit bet. I have never seen it once. I've seen him cop it for bad lines that were hung, his choice of words in chats, these payout fees, etc but never for outright stealing.

Just get the prepaid card. Withdrawals always free, anytime you want. Use the card to pay bills, but DON'T go to the ATM with it. If you want cash, request it at the grocery store or something. The Amex one works like a charm all the time.
