    Millenium...another complaint
    I do not like Millenium
I cant believe I let myself get pissed off about this book twice in the last month. I received the promotional email about the 25% and free $100 wager on new deposits and reactivations. After hearing some good comments, I decided to give them another shot.

I chatted with Cust Rep #1 and asked about current bonus, neteller fees, rollover, withdrawal, etc. The bonus is still going on. I admit, I made a mistake by not asking if I still qualify for bonus. I thought since I have not played in a month and I received the email, it was a given.

When I deposit $300, bonus does not automatically come up (same as last time). Shitty software does not put it in there-you have to call or chat. When I start live chat with Cust Rep #2, he tells me I do not apply bc I do not meet Reactivation requirements. I ask them what they are and where they are defined on website. He tells me you have to be inactive for 3 months and that is why they like you to call before you deposit. I asked where it says to call before I deposit in email or website. No answer to this one.

So I dont get the bonus and request a withdrawal. Of course, I have to call and cant do it on the website (we all love calling and talking to these ppl). He tells me I will have to pay $15 for neteller fees. I ask him the $ has been there for 10 minutes and he should at least wave the fees. Nope.

I HATE MILLENIUM AND THEIR SHITTY SOFTWARE!

I always call first to run down the details, and specifically ask if I qualify on re-load bonuses. It has become habit.

Millenium and other books in the Big Nasa group, generally are the type where is best to get in writing the offer. Get if all figured out on the phone and ask them to email the details. At a minimum you should get down the name and the extension of who makes the offer, but that isn't always enough.

I always get it in writing. Either take a screen shot or get a copy of a chat or a copy of email.

I agree they should wave the fees. Maybe SBR can save you the 15 big ones?
