    Final Play, UNC -whatever
It simply doesn't matter to me, UNC has shown it is the best, winning every game in the tournament by double digits. They haven't even been challenged and are now on a 9-1 SU and ATS in the tournament with all 9 of those wins by double digits. Mich St might have improved this season but so did UNC and they sure as hell didn't make up 35 points worth. When this game goes final, I have no doubt UNC will be cutting the nets. I just hope Mich St can be competitive this time.

    Good Luck!

I can't wait to see the Mich St or Big East fans coming into this thread giving me their excuses and bullshit. Every word anyone has said against UNC has once again been muffled by another more than convincing win. One more to go, and you can bet your ass it is coming.

Line is out, UNC -7, I will also have a play on UNC -4 at the half, as I imagine that will be the half line like tonight. Will make it official as soon as it comes out.

Hey Unde - with all the Big East teams sitting at home, I wonder what conference is considered the best now??? Good call.

I've already went 10 units on UNC for Monday. They didn't come this far to bust a nut to early. They are going to finish strong.

        Mac,

Why risk so much on one game? Are you saying if you normally
bet 100 you are putting a dime in this game? Not worth the
        risk IMO.

        Best of luck.

Mac, this will be a huge play. Am I actually supposed to believe that Mich St is going to step up to UNC's level?

I have done it for the past 2 years, and if you bet UNC huge on the spread in the tournament, when it matters, you would have more dimes than you can count. I mean I understand your money management concerns but 90% is hard not to throw extra at

I don't think they can hang with the Tar Heels either, but Izzo is worrying me a little bit with his
"miracle" talk. He's gonna have those guys feeling like the city of Detroit (and all it's problems) and the entire state of Michigan is on their shoulders. Plus they're going to have 50,000 fans behind them. I still like UNC, but I'm holding off for a bit.

they had the speech, the fans, all the first time. Trust me when they step out on the court with the Heels again and they fall behind like everyone else, they will remember

My normal unit is $50 for CBB but I went up $2500 today so $500 aint no biggie. If the line moves down, I will lay another $500 on UNC but if the line goes up drastically (which I expect), I may try and middle MSU.

I tend to start increasing my units when a season is about to end. In CFB, I ended betting 20 unit plays in the bowls and creamed the books. BB is much harder for me and my big plays usually get's buried but it's the last game of the season so I'm going to end up laying around 20 U across the board.

BTW: i don't recommend peeps increasing bets at the end of the season because its usually not a good play but if I'm ahead (like I am for CBB) and like I was for CFB, then I don't mind taking the risk.

At the beginning of each season, I set aside how much money I'm risking for each sport. Once that money's gone, it's the end of the season for me in that sport. I was done with the NFL by week 5 (I got murdered, lost 85% of bets, no chit) so I didn't place another bet until the playoffs, where I took some of my CFB profits. I came out real good in the NFL in the playoffs and the Superbowl but took no action for most of the season.

I'm already 0-2 betting against UNC on the ML this tournament. I gotta try one last time. MSU has a shot if the balls fall right. UNC is a better team, but every dog has it's day. Hopefully these odds will really bloat up right before tip off. If there was ever a miracle in a championship game like this, the stage is set.

I'm betting my maximum, 1 unit. I'll never understand all of these 100 unit goofballs. Going all in on one single game? I like to know that I've got money to bet on my inevitable next great play no matter what happens. There are no guarantees in sports betting. Upsets happen constantly.
