Anyone ever use Stub Hub for MLB tickets?
Im looking to buy some Tampa Bay Rays tickets for this season, and the seats I want arent available except through a season ticket private seller on stub hub.If anyone has had good or bad experiences with stub hub please let me know.

I have used them with Nets game, it is legit. At times you can get tickets like 50-70% cheaper than face value the day of games. I usually get tickets e-mailed to me (e-tickets)

I used them before, not in a couple of years, but I got the tickets and I had no issues.

Im a ticket broker stubhub is 100%legit. I buy and sell on there all the time. You are better off to wait for your tickets. Tampa is a very bad market for baseball. If you keep checking the teams website they always release the good seats a few days before the game. You can even buy cheap on craigslist close to the game. I had tampa world series tickets last year and couldn sell them. I had to wait and take .50 ona $1.00.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the responces. JJ thats what I was leary about, the e-mailing of them to me. Im buying 10 games worth of (2) tickets from the season ticket holder thru stub hub and would sooner just have the real tickets fed xed to me, but they are only available by e-mail.

            Thanks again, later

ticketscott, I appreciate the advice, but Im 300 miles from Tampa, so I have to also make hotel reservations for the ticket dates, so its easier for me to just buy the 10 games up front and book the hotel dates up front.

I would wait a week and see what you can buy right through the rays. They are still holding back all the good seats because they are trying to sell them as season tickets. When the season starts they will put them up for individual sale for face value. Did you look to see what the rays had available? If you call the rays direct and say your looking for a 10 game package you will not have to pay any fees that are charged online. E tickets are totally legit because theya re the wave of the future. Stubhub, razorgator, ticketsnow, and ticketsolutions are all reliable sites.

That was my 1st approach, but I couldnt get the same 2 seats for 10 games that way.It always came back seats you selected not available at this time. Or if I could I wasnt able to figure out how to do it, besides I hate typing in those security words time after time.

I called the Rays office Friday, and I wasnt able to get the same seats for the exact games I wanted. Its a done deal now, row M section 118 behind the Rays dugout for the games I wanted. Thanks again.
