I'm surprised they didn't have a spokeswoman from the National Organization of Women come on and describe how psychological studies show that this is "typical behavior of a woman who has been horribly victimized."

That's why I put together post #2 in this thread. That part of North Carolina is a predominantly black area and the DA was blatantly playing to his constituency. Now his political maneuvering has effectively made things worse for real victims.
