i havent watched wrestling siince i was like 11, so like 15 years almost, but do they still have crazy battle royals at the wrestle mania's.. i remember they would start out with like 20 guysin the ring...

Brings back memories. Some friends and I went through a phase of following wrestling. We were drunks doing it to be ironic but we did get to know all the characters just as much as anyone who thought it was on the level.

Nothing like an Andre the Giant headbutt. Oh, the devastation it could cause.

That was right at the time of the first couple Wrestlemanias. What can I say? That was 25 years ago? Time flies.

Used to follow the old AWA when I was in junior high. Now the WWE is like a guy's soap opera, not like the old days when there were rednecks who actually thought it was real. WWE and other wrestlers are insane, it's sad to see so many die at such a young age with their rough lifestyle and steriod use.

i was going to watch wrestlemania at buffalo wild wings, but now i'm in the sbr tourney sunday night and i don't have wireless access.
so hopefully i win the table or at least top 10...

i have a buddy that faithfully goes to every wrestlemania. he goes alone since the rest of us don't want to pay $3k each for the flight/hotel/ticket/etc. he always gets ringside and admission to some private parties with the wrestlers but that is a lot of cash to throw down for a few days' trip.

Over the years have bought and or converted VHS tapes to DVD - only missing IX. Time to hit ebay and or other auction sites to see if they have them. Worthless to many including myself but have seen them all and it's cheap fun entertainment.
