No, I think in the recommended list are only books that are interesting for players from the USA, but Bet365 doesn't accept US customers anymore. Another example is Betfair who have an A+ rating too but are not in the recommended list.

Bet365 is still an A+ and one of the few that pulled out with class and paid everyone quickly.
