Why Do Old People Always Walk Around Naked In Public Changerooms?

Sorry but this is my rant of the day. Why is it always the old wrinkled men that feel so comfortable to let it all hang out and walk around naked in the changeroom, showering and even shaving naked! Most of the time it is the old men. Is It hard to use a towel? Do any of you guys see this too?
