When it comes to something like Poster of the Month, anyone can name whomever they want on whatever whim may strike them citing whatever authority makes them feel official. But they should do so in full awareness that an idiot like me may come along and fart on them. Which is fine because we're talking about frikkin POSTER OF THE MONTH, for crying out loud.
