BetButler taken over by DanBook. Recommend withdraw ASAP as is newer book.
    Dear Betbutler user,
From 22-09-2006 you will no longer be able to play at BetButler.com

It is vital to say, that all player accounts will stay intact and your money is secure.

All account will from 12th oct and within 7 days be taken over by Danbook.com, where your money also will be placed on a secured client account, and you can withdraw at any time.
There will be a few accounts, that for technical reasons not will be transfered. If you have a Betbutler account and do not receive an e-mail from Danbook within the next 2 weeks, you can contact support@danbook.com to hear how you claim you money.

    Info about Danbook.com:

Danbook.com offers the highest 1X2 odds on major soccer leagues with a theoretical payback of 95% (with no commission)
This is better than even most betting exchanges, due to their commission.
You can combine matches and play parleys and/or system coupons
Danbook.com offers a huge variety of handicap bets on ALL soccer matches.
Danbook.com offers odds on the same events as Betbutler plus even more.
All customer deposits are secured in client accounts
As well as BetButler.com, Danbook.com offers withdrawals free of charge.
Betbutler and Danbook will do everything to make this transition as easy as possible.
If you already have an account with Danbook.com, then you money from Betbutler will be transferred directly to this account.
If you have any questions regarding the transition to Danbook.com, please do not hesitate to contact support@danbook.com

It's a Danish betting company (the reason for the name DANbook). They seem to be based out of England though.

Slash agree on your info, but based on my searches looks like they are very new book themselves. You ever heard of them before?

Nope Laker, they are brand new (opened May 2006) as you say. They have been mentioned in Danish newspapers and on Danish betting forums, and I will be very surprised if they don't pay the Betbutler customers.

It seems they weren't really open back then. They said "In a short while Danbook.com opens", and they only had a free contest where you could win cash prizes if you filled in name and email.

            But what do I know...

By the way, it seems they reserve the right to choose which accounts to transfer from Betbutler to Danbook. It wouldn't surprise if none of the North American accounts are transferred. They are primarily targeting Northern European customers it seems.

Hi, I just stumbled upon this thread and have just signed up here to contribute some info, since I have had a Danbook account for 3 months now.

I would not worry to much, since I have had no problems what so ever with this bookmaker.
I am from Denmark, so I can off course not say anything about north americans and others, but withdrawals has been quick and they have a very good support in my opinion.

I dont see, why everybody is so nervous about this, since it really hard to find any forum threads with unsatified customers. (have only looked in danish forums).

                  Well just for info
                  Jorgen
