he recruits all the street players that can't shoot or hit free throws so he has to get more out of them because they don't score on the first attempt, it will be harder for those players in a league that can actually recruit players that can play the game and shoot better

He does get great street players, he should win there or at least be a powerhouse every year.

terrible coach, great at having others do his recruiting for him. The boosters at UK will have no problem taking over the recruiting

unde, unreal how much this guy gets away with. FedEx Execs. contacting Gaddy (5 star recruit) and the whole thing with World Wide Wes. Tyreke Evans was Louisville bound but AS SOON as Cal and Wes started recruiting him, Pitino backed off completely. Of course he still wanted him but you get the drift. I absolutely despise Cal and I honestly can say I hate Kentucky basketball now more than ANYTHING

jealousy of what? Cal will get busted eventually (or his school will) plus he is a GOD AWFUL coach. I would honestly take Rick Pitino's ability to coach over Cal's. And no, I don't particularly care for the way Rick Pitino coaches

Not a Kentucky fan at all, or a Cal fan. But lets just hope Cal can make it so they are competitive because the last several years the Kentucky/UNC games have just been pathetic.
