MSU Spartans handed worst upset of the season
MSU loses to one of the ten worst D1 teams in the country, Texas Southern. Gonzaga beat them by 35, Texas beat them by 40. MSU loses in OT in a disgusting, shameful, pathetic manner.

Worst loss I've ever seen in NCAAB and I had to witness that torturous dumpster fire in person. Izzo should be fined and suspended. Tum tum should be kicked off the team. Trice needs shock therapy to WAKE THE FUKK UP. ARGHHHH. WHAT A FUKKIN JOKE. WORST TEAM IN THE SHITTTY BIG TEN. THIS KIND OF LOSS KEEPS YOU OUT OF THE NCAA TOURNY.

I booed that last 2 minutes of OT. Some assshole had the nerve to tell me to give it a rest. I had to have my girlfriend drive home because I'm too fukkin angry. I need a drinkkkkkk.

I'll also note that I was on the losing end of the 24.5 point spread.

Barely the worst upset of the year. NJIT was +23.5 at Michigan.

I am talking strictly by the line. NJIT was +23.5. Texas Southern was barely bigger at +24.

These group of kids Izzo has this year aren't responding to him. He was due for a sh#$ season. And he's going to get one.

December losses don't mean a ton if you're a true tourney team. Besides Izzo usually has his teams peaking when it matters - March, not December. Big 10 will have a solid RPI as long as Wisconsin and Ohio State stay highly ranked and a team like Maryland is able to stay in the Top 20. One bad loss, even two won't kill you if you're able to get some solid wins along the way.

Coach Izzo won the NCAA title in 2000 and lost in the championship game in 2009. Coach Izzo takes up so many spots in the sweet sixteen, elite eight, and final four they should charge him rent. He somehow recruits enough talent to michigan state to keep them relevant and a contender every single year come tournament time. Yesterday's loss must have been very frustrating to watch especially in person, however saying Izzo should be fined or suspended is laughable. There are less then ten teams in the country that wouldn't snap hire the guy.
