I might sign him if I owned a NFL franchise but I would keep him on a short leash

This is correct. But will Vick accept this role, as well as the enormous pay cut? I imagine Vick will not accept being anything other than an NFL starting QB or at the very least given the opportunity to win the starting job. I still don't see a team giving Vick this opportunity, barring a starting QB injury on the horizon.

Which team can handle the scrutiny of Vick in ANY capacity? The Pats, absolutely. Otherwise Vick could really rock the boat on some otherwise stable teams. For example, the Vikings are a very mature team that's only a QB away from being a major contender, but I'd still rather take my chances with Rosenfels rather than Vick in any capacity.

No. Vick should not play again. He should visit his pal Ray Carruth.

I feel like he is doing his time, lost much money and should be welcome to try out for any team. If he is good enough to help, then pay the man and let him try to help you win.

Certainly, but IS he good enough? Right now, I think he's in Randy Moss territory from a couple years back. Top shelf talent, but will have to sign a 1 year deal at the veteran's minimum to prove himself all over again. He could maybe hold out for more money from a bad team, but does he really want to be a tackling dummy behind a patchwork line on some terrible team?

If I was Vick, I'd show up at Belichick's doorstep with a tin cup and beg for a job, in any shape or form. One year, league minimum. Who knows if Brady's knee will hold up? Maybe Belichick can use Vick as an emergency nickle back on defense. lol. Return kicks? Most importantly, no pressure or expectations from Vick on a team that is favored to win the Super Bowl with or without Vick. Vick needs to reclaim his name, maybe grabbing a ring in the process. That's what I'd do if I was him.

The media coverage will be huge, but it can be handled. I hope he does well, although I Never thought he was a good NFL QB. The thing is that there are so few players who can have that position in the entire world. He did it.

I think Cleveland would be a good fit. After all they've got the dog pound.

There's a huge difference between killing an animal for food and torturing an animal for sport.

The cowboys are trying to clean up their image by dropping TO, packman, and Tank Johnson. Knowing Jerry Jones, he will have a limo waiting to pick up Vick when he gets out
