he could be in the NBA 3 years ago but because of accident he had problem in his right hand and he had to wait until the Olympics of china that he showed his talent .

I think he will be a good player that will be in the NBA for long time and maybe other players from IRAN will join him later .
we have very young talented basketball players that can play better from YI at least !

Haddadi was signed by Memphis last summer after the Iran national team came over to play in a summer league exhibition. There was some minor controversy about the whole thing, but he's proven that he's got potential regardless of what his nationality is. Memphis needed a 7'2 center and they got themselves a 7'2 center. I haven't actually seen him play yet, but just remember the flurry of news about it in the dead of summer.
