He's right. No matter what, in the playoffs these things always happen:

Korver will get torched defensively on matchups. Hawks will lose.
David Lee will get torched defensively, and Bogut will be injured by playoffs, Golden State will not make the finals, jump shooting teams don't win in the playoffs.
Rose knees won't hold up until the playoffs, Bulls will not go to the Finals.

Off the top of my head, these things always happen to these teams and i don't see anything changing.

I do think that basketball is more chemistry, and talent than the other sports. Colin Cowherd said it right about analytics. It does work in some areas. Houston shoots either close to the basket, or from the 3 point line. They don't see real value in a 2 point jump shot. Just tired of Barkley thinking he's the smartest guy in the room, because he played the game. Smart, but extremely arrogant.

Barkley's wrong... The only teams that are playoff and championship or legit teams in the east is.. cleveland.. milwaukee.. The rest are just pretenders... hawks is not as good as their record says.. Chicago can't put 100 on the board when they are suppose to. Hawks wi) be a first round elimination unless they get Charlotte in playoff.. even that will take them at least six games.
