They do the following
-kickboxing 3 days a week
-band resistance training 3 days a week
-nutrition system (6 small as hell meals a day).
Now I thought places like this was a joke. Buddy in the 10 weeks lost 22lbs. They have multiple people who lose 20lbs or more per class period.
I'm 6'2 266lbs and have it all in my gut so this should be interesting. Oh if they decide I'm the class winner I get 1k. (so this is like gambling while losing weight).
They made us do all these tests too and now I'm sore as hell.

pushups- girls beat me
situps respectable 36 in 1 minute
Mile- You know you can walk a mile in 12 minutes...I took longer...
This should be very interested to see how in shape I can get by June!!!!
any advice for dealing with the soreness?
Anyone want to set a line if I finish or quit and how much weight I lose?
