Only in pro sports are the star players wit big contracts(actually RGIII contract not that big, but just in general) allowed to keep playing. Everyone else will get blamed. Coaches managers asst coaches player personnel etc. But at a corporation, if things suck, CEO's COO's CFO's etc , get the boot. Get bought out and a big "C'Ya".

It's pretty clear the Skins don't have a franchise QB on their team. They'll most likely stick with RG3 for a while to justify all the picks they have up for him. GMs hate to be wrong.
