but what are his real motives ? control, loss of privacy, taxation.

He wants his banker-lawyer clique to run it all, just like they own the sports teams, and
so much else. You won't have a place to hide if he gets his way. And yes, the sports
will be more corrupted than they already are.

People are currently gambling in sports in the US. When is legalized it will be so much easier. Like going to the gas station to fill up gas, buy smokes, beer, a few scratch off lottery tickets and a $10 bet for Alabama to beat Mississippi St at -10. You may have to pay the juice to the government in advance. Like betting $12 to win $10 and the book collects $1 and the government collects $1. But the legislators will find a way to tie it to the local economy.

- taxation and reporting to government of all gambling activities.
- surveillance of all activities with restrictions concerning the location of your book.
- only certain books licensed to operate in your location.
- get into legal trouble ? owe child support ? go through a divorce settlement ? your finances and
gambling history will be reviewed before we can approve you for gaming, sir.
