Thursday NBA- Portland is free money??

Been cleaning up so far this year in NBA.
Some of these lines just seem a little off.
This one is confusing as well.

Portland always one of the better home teams, not getting much respect in this spot.
Mavs playing well and shooting the lights out getting the big leads early, but Portland's defense is pretty damn good, and points should be harder to get today for Dirk and company.
Maybe this game is somehow close, but I see the Blazers winning this game by 7-9 points.

Grabbing them at halftime is definitely possible for a big bet also depending on the score, as the Mavs have been flat out awful in 2nd halves so far this season, and Portland has been known for being one of the best second half home teams. Never count them out when behind. I could have tons of action on this game depending on how the first half goes.
This line could be settled already at -2 after opening at -3, but I'm hoping the moneyline drops a little bit.
Going to wait a little bit and see what happens before pounding.

Any pro gambler will tell you totals are softer and easier to beat, in any team sport. If you're able to talk to a linesmaker at one of your books, and you ask them, they'll also confirm this. That being said I hate them too.
