Good question. I would assume not. With currency values changing by the hour they would have to assume counter party risk with exchanging the currency.
Plus, the U.S dollar is like a hot potato right now and you don't want to be the last guy holding them when it folds under the pressure of hyper inflation. The dollar is going to lose 20 to 30% of it's current value once it starts to leak out into the population from the banks.Comment -

I emailed csd @ pinny with a minor problem and they wanted me to scan and send my ID before they would answer me, I told them to go fukk themselves as the other books I play at have no problem offering the help I requested without asking for proof of ID.
