4hPoker hesitates to credit a win
Hi, I would like to hear your opinion about this bet I did at
4hPoker: I placed a bet that the fight Valuev against Barrett would last longer than 10.5 rounds. At the same time I placed a bet at Pinnacle that the fight would last under 10.5 rounds (I am arbing most of the time). Now Valuev won in round 11. Pinnacle graded the bet correctly as a loss but in the account of 4hPoker I still see the bet as an open bet. It seems they are thinking about if their rules allow them to return the stake instead to grade the bet as a win. (Maybe they discuss if a knock out in round 11 means the match lasted exactly 10.5 rounds but not over 10.5 rounds?!? I also wrote them an e-mail but so far there is no response.

    Never heard of this Sportsbook

Assuming they are a decent outfit I see no reason why you should not get paid, unless they try & 'Palp' it for some reason

Good luck, hope it gets sorted ok for you.

      Hi, they are here: http://www.24hpoker.com/
Their main advantage is that they have really good soccer odds!
But they still have not credited the win. Until now I was satisfied with them after roughly one year of using them.
It was not a palp: Pinnacle had 1.775 vor under 10.5 rounds and 24hPoker had 2.35 for over 10.5 rounds...

I was just reading there boxing rules just now.

        here they are:

        BOXING

        68. If a fight is postponed or rescheduled all bets are void.

        69. If we a price is offered for the draw, bets on either fighter will be lost if the fight ends with a draw. If no price is offered for the draw, bets on either boxer will be void in case of a draw.

        70. The judges decision, including points, KO, TKO or disqualification will decide bets on either boxer to win.

        71. If a boxer fails to answer the bell for the next round, the fight will be deemed to have finished in the previous round.

        72. If the scheduled number of rounds for any reason will be changed, all bets for boxers to win on points and all round by round bets will be void.

Yes, thanks, I also read them already. I understand that if they only offer over 10.5 and under 10.5 rounds there is no draw option and if the fight was decided in round 11 then I should have won the bet. But English is not my mother tongue so please tell me if you think I have understood anything wrong or if my logic here is wrong?!?

Ups, now I also see that! But the fight is over since
october 8 ! I hope they will credit me the bet as a win because I placed the bet before the match started even if they got confused with the start date...

Finally they accepted that the fight is over already since some days and graded the bet as a winner. :-)
I really don't like this kind of excitement apart from the game itself but it seems it will happen again and again from time to time...
