Iverson out is a good thing for Detroit. Hamilton and Wallace hurts Detroit. -8 is pretty steep for a road favorite, plus Lakers play Friday night at New Jersey. Lakers might rest starters in the 4th quarter and increase chance for back door cover by the Pistons.

They have been without these 3 for quite some time now. Without these 3, they took Houston into OT AT HOUSTON, and lost AT dallas by 2.

I've seen this group play without these 3. They are still damn good, just inexperienced. Bynum and Stuckey cannot be kept out of the paint by any defender in the league. Prince has proven that he can score in the 20's nightly as the star of the team and McDyess/Maxiell/Prince give the team like 80 offensive rebounds a game that give them so many second chances. McDyess is a knock down midrange jump shooter. They aren't that bad without these 3 players.

With that being said, the Lakers should obliterate them tonight. But don't go all in on the ML or anything as this is a game the Pistons are perfectly capable of winning at home.

Detroit aren't going anywhere IF they even make the playoffs, Iverson is a cancer where ever he goes and I bet The owner would not trade for him looking back. With Iverson, LAKERS cover 8, without him ?
