Has anyone ever considered high-tech fixing of games?

I've read that the US military has technology that can disrupt people's thinking, give people migraines, cause people to lose their concentration, etc. This is all done at a distant with the use of lasers. Why couldn't some evil geniuses out there be using technology like this to fix sporting events?

There's a similar type of low tech fixing that I've considered: witchcraft. If witchcraft works then why couldn't it be used to fix sporting events? And if witchcraft does work then why isn't every evil witch a pro sports bettor?

Has anyone ever thought about this stuff?

only high tech fix i know is people use laser pointers at the fielders so they drop a pop up. that can get you banned at the ball parks

A couple of years back in another forum there use to be this guy that posted picks he used to get from a tarot/mentalist reader. Got in a nice streak at the start and people were all over him, then it all went to shits.
