i agree with the privacy concerns, but someone knows everywhere you go with your phone anyway, so what's the difference? they know you were at target so does it really matter if they know you spent $120 there? and who is going to care about what you did anyway...

paying with cash is like pissing away 1-2% or so on everything you buy. not a huge deal but probably a waste of a few hundred/year for the average person.

"walking around money" for a gambler is an undefinable number. i could have 1000 in my wallet for weeks and then lose it one on hand of poker.

Yeah, I bank, I invest, after gassing the two cars, groceries, etc. etc. 20 bucks a day after bills are paid is all I need, pack of Marlboro's every two days, and booze comes out of that 140, we are talking just 'pocket' money. 140 is plenty.
