BetPhoenix Bonus/Withdrawl Requirements
Here is one for you gus that has me a little pissed. I have made several deposits with BetPhoenix and lost my money and bonus but made another this weekend and won. I deposited 100 and got 100 in free play and won. I met their rollover and requested a withdrawl for half my balance but was then told that if you accept a free play bonus you have to meet the rollover AND wait 14 days to withdraw any winnings. Also if you take a cash bonus you have to meet a bigger rollover which is understandable but you have to wait 30 days to withdraw any funds. In my 16 years of using offshore books, I have NEVER heard of any book having a rollover and a waiting period. One or the other is fair and understandable but definitely not both. What a joke. In my opinion, If this book is going to survivr it better fix this policy to mirror the better books like BetJamaica,The Greek,and VIP.com.
