The kid is 4 years old. I have family members that are teachers and one is a social worker. The authorities are getting involved here almost every time.

I get it, breaking the skin is beyond stupid, but a good ass beating shouldn't be a problem. Now, punching a kid or something is WRONG, but good parents should not be persecuted for the way they decide to do things within certain limits.

Will I whip my kid? I doubt it, but would I like to? Hell yeah....I want to give them a sideways glance so that they know I am serious. My sister and I grew up being the best behaved kids ever, perfect in restaurants, at weddings or at the park....I would not have dared mess around as I knew the risk I was running.

in a case like this, it would be against the law to NOT report it as a child care worker
