I have no gold, I mean not a coin, not a ring, not even a fukin cufflink, I certainly dont have any "old gold" just cluttering up my apartment, who is the target market for these ads? Some flat fukin broke idiot thatll accept whatever price some conman on TV decides to pay him and this fukin broke degenerate just happens to have piles of gold? Seriously these places must get like 99% of their business from thieves, everybody on earth knows they can pawn gold what would be the point in mailin it off when u could just walk into a pawn shop and get your cash right then as well as makin sure you agree on what its worth

your 100% right. they definately get most there business from thieves....mostly old people have jewelry like that lying around......they dont take it to a pawn shop so there is no evidence.....most of these places melt the gold and deposit money right into your pay pal account......robbing isnt my thing but these "cash for gold" ppl are asking the broke to go and rob someone...
