Reasons:

-Kentucky rumors are SWIRLING right now, Coach Billy Gillispie is chucked, he's gone as soon as the season is over and he knows it, so do the players, everyone does.

-Biggest home game in Creighton history. They are a tough mid major as it is, you think Duke, Carolina, UCLA, or Kansas has ever went and played @ Creighton. Hell no. Kentucky is arguably the #1 college basketball program of all time, they are ready to embarass Kentucky at home on national TV...would be a big win for their program, but not really because Kentucky sucks.

-Speaking of road games, Kentucky has 1 won game in a tough road environment this year....@ Tennessee and only because Jodie Meeks scored 54. Yes if Meeks scores 54 tomorrow Kentucky will win, but he wont. Other tough road environments (@ South Carolina, Vanderbilt, Florida, Ole Miss, Louisville, North Carolina) they got fukkin chucked and ran out of the gym. Only road wins were at Georgia, Arkansas, and Alabama, when there were 20 people in the fukkin gyms (I watch all their games, I swear the road games they win is cuz no one is there...)

-Creighton is going to have a large crowd, just pulled up tickets on ticketmaster and the best seats left are upper level in the end zones...so it will be pretty packed. Creighton only has 2 home losses this year.

-Kentucky is near the top in turnovers per game, and Creighton is 23rd in forcing turnovers. Raucous home environment - I expect that to be a key angle. I honestly see Kentucky getting the doors blown off.

patterson will dominate the inside and the only way creighton will win is if they make all their 3's, which will be the only way they can win

and look at the size advantage uk has over creighton - i believe the tallest player on creighton that makes any contribution is 6'7

I like Patterson, Meeks and UK... Onner has let his emotions get the best of him to where he's resigned to see his team lose eventually. Home field will be huge for Creighton and I expect them to jump out to an early lead BUT UK will clamp down defensively and eventually win the game. UK ML is the play for me.

last i checked anyone releasing any sort of "lock" in the history of the word lock is hitting 14%. i use this forum for one and only one reason - to read long threads about one game scenarios and when 952 people are on a side talking about a lock i just blindly go opposite. thats not even a joke. it is the single solitary reason i use this forum and it has yielded fantastic results over the past few years.

that being said i just put a nickel on kentucky ML +105.

the fact that creighton is at home and only laying 2 (now 1.5) tells you right away that kentucky is the better team. expect kentucky's size and overall SEC team speed to be the difference makers with a healthy dose of jodie meeks on the free throw line in the last 3 minutes. kentucky can defend the perimeter here and... well thats enough. now i just need to see how many people love carolina, pitt, uconn, oklahoma so i can go opposite those 4 later in the week.
