I'll be paying attention also, but I really don't have a fav team. A closet Dodger fan as I used to try and keep up on them. The Reds are nearby so I get a lot of talk around me about them, too. Old days with Turner TBS I watched the Braves often, same with Cubs and WGN. I like to sit back and enjoy the RSox and Yankee beefs among people. Last year, I thought the playoffs were good and enjoyed the series, Philly and TB.

I am a die hard St. Louis Cardinal fan. I grew up in Springfield Illinois and that was my team since it was close. We also had the Springfield Redbirds as our Minor league team. Our neighbor and also my dads best friend was Dick Schofield Sr. so being around him also got me into being a huge Cardinal fan. I attended the 82, 85 and 87 World Series. Nothing like being a Cardinal fan, let me tell ya!!! Go Redbirds!

I may be wrong, but it doesn't seem you can count out the Cards in any year, Illini. Hope you have a fun season.

I think they may struggle this year actually. Not much of a rotation or bullpen. Carpenter is gonna be a huge question mark coming back from surgery. And he's the best they've got.

I totally agree with you here. I think our pitching is going to be very bad. It doesn't bother me though. I am just a huge Cardinal fan.

The one thing this means to me is $ signs and months where I am not thousands in the red but very well in the green, thank god its here
